This year the Nicaragua Youth Ambassadors 2009 (Alvaro Dávila, Madeley Arriola, Nohelia Trujillo, Grace Hernández, Karla Pérez, Elvin Bendlis, Kenser Hogson and Cristhian Escorcia) experienced the trip to the States with two teachers (Franklin Aguilar e Isabel Acosta), however we  were first of all in Washington DC having lots of walking and several meetings with important people that was a really great time; the Venezuelans Youth Ambassadors were there too, sharing the trip with the guys from Nicaragua. We made friendship easily with all of them. We really enjoyed that time, hours ran fast. =)

After DC the agenda said that Nicaraguans were going to Wisconsin and Venezuelans to Tennesse and the goobye in the airport was sad.

But the second wonder was waiting for us... The arrival to Wisconsin was good but the cold made us say: rrrrrrrrrrrrr! 

Then the responsibles took us to our host-families being divided in groups, 3 Nicaraguans to the city of Evansville and the others to Stevent Point.

Afterwards we attended to the Highschool, getting involved with the students and teachers, and performing our typical plays and dances in High School, Middle School and Elementary School.

We came together again, first, when we went to the YMCA Meetings to enjoy time  the Nicaraguans with host families and the people of "Partners Of the Americas".

Second, when we went to the Wisconsin Capitol and US Army (Camp Douglas).

In our last few days we visited supermarkets  and bought por stuff to bring to Nicaragua.

In the very end, we departed to Nicaragua and our parents gave us a great welcome.
